Default k-epsilon ENERGY balance

I wonder how is the energy conservation equation treat in a RANS model (k-epsilon in my case). Is the temperature writen, like velocity : T=Tmean+T' How is than treat the fluctuation part T'. Can someone answer or post a link where I can find the information. Thank you
