Default HTC for low Y+ walls

Hello, I am fairly new using Fluent. I have a simple flat plate model with Y+'s ranging from 0.03 to 0.3. When I plot the wall function HTC's I get values that are unreal. I have now read that Fluent wall function cannot be used for low Y+. So, my question is how come Fluent did not include a HTC calulator internally for low Y+. Also, how can I calculate then the HTC for my low Y+ model. Thank you.
