Default DNS LES validation

Hi. I have got a set of DNS results for a cube with periodic boundaries. I am supposed to assign each value of for example the u,v,w to each corresponding node on a case file in fluent. in other words, im supposed to initialize the solution with values already defined for every node and then run an LES and see how it will perform.

any one knows how to do this? how do u initialize the solution with values already assigned to each node on fluent? assume you have a 100*100*100 cube and a file containing initial values for each node.

Cheers
