Hi all,

I start to iterate but the during the process, message came out:

-reversed flow in 43 faces on pressure-outlet 4. -temperature limited to 5.000000e+003 in 13536 cells on zone 2 in domain 1 -turbulent viscosity limited to viscosity ratio of 1.000000e+005 in 7909 cells

After that i try to display the contour for temperature and static temperature, error message came out:

Error: render-generic: No rendering surfaces have been set.

What are these mean?

Please help rayy

Hi, for the reversed flow problem, try to extend the outlet further from the geometry. And for the render problem, you have to choose one of the surfaces in the right part of the contour menu.

Good luck!

One way for you to solve these very basic questions would be to look in the manual or help tab in Fluent.

If you have only run a few iterations, the first message means that you have just started iterating and the solution hasn't started to converge.

The second message means that you haven't selected a surface to draw on a contour on. The means to do this is described in the manual. Good luck.
