hi, I used exactly the same file for fluent calculation, in the first time it converged after 167 iterations, and in the second time the same file with the same conditions it converges after 27 iterations !!, how this can happen ?!!! thanks

please be more specific. Did you run the solver with the same initial condition? Did you check the convergence criteria before you run it? Does 'the same file' refer to same .cas file or same .dat file?

hi, I used the same file .msh, but I saved it as onther name file, and I exported it to fluent to begin iterations with the same convergence critéria, boundary conditions, initialisation, exactly the same conditions like the first file.mesh. thanks

please chek the turbulence quantities initialization. especially the epsilon part. and if they r same, then i advice u run a 3rd case file with the first mesh file and chek if its agian 27 iterations only. monitor the residuals at every iteration.
