Default friction factor calculation in Fluent

Hi,

Is there any one who knows how to calculate the overall friction factor in Fluent. The defination for f_local = 8*tao_w/(roh_m*u_m^2) where the subscript 'm' denotes for mean values across the channel cross-section.

And the overall friction factor is integrating f_local over the channel length L then nondimensionalized by L.

Is there a fast way to calculate it directly in Fluent without output the data and coding in other softwares?

Thanks a lot!
