Porous Cylinder in a flow

Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to simulate this problem of a porous cylinder in a flow. It is 2D case ; Basically these porous cylinder are used to filter the flow (which containst different species). The problem is that I don't have any experimental data and we just assume that porosity of the cylinder is 5%. How to use the porous media feature in FLUENT to simulate this prob. Due to the lack of info I can't use exactly the model available : viscous and inertial coefficiants ,... ; I have only the "fluid porosity". Thanks for any kind of help |

you have to get from somewhere a "Pressure loss .vs velocity" law, try here, WWW.GOOGLE.COM,
