Default Residuals again

Hallo to everyone. I want to ask something about residuals. I know that in this forum there were already many discussions about. I read all and I managed to understand why my residuals had a strange behaviuor. But it had happened, that my continuity residuals go good, but the epsilon residuals are always irregular. Have anyone any idea? SUggestions, books, links everything would be appreciated, also about convergence criteria. Thx in advance.
