Default Installing Fluent on Server

We have just bought a new server (IBM x3500) with Windows Server 2003 Standard R2a 64-Bit Ed. (also have two workstations with XP Pro). Any recomendations of how to best setup the network to run Fluent on the server in the most efficent way?
