An error happens every time I'm trying to hang compiled UDF to Fluent in parallel mode (2 or more PC's using nmpi parallel interface). The following error message is displaying:

Primitive Error at Node 5: open_udf_library: The system cannot find the file specified Primitive Error at Node 4: open_udf_library: The system cannot find the file specified .......................

This error doesn't occur when I'm starting parallel Fluent version on 1 PC.

What's the reason for this error? How this problem can be solved?

Thank you. ILia Skryabine

Error: open_udf_library: The system cannot find the path specified

If your are running FLUENT in network parallel this error is because the other computer(s) on the cluster cannot "see" the udf through the network. Choose the FLUENT Parallel link below follow the instructions exactly. FLUENT Parallel

OR

You do not have a compiler installed. See the links below on the required Microsoft compilers and instructions for running FLUENT using these compilers.
