Hi i have done mesh partition using MeTiS. It has given me .npart and .epart file. I know that it gives me information of nodes and elements in each partition. My problem is that how it writes node array of any domain ? i.e. suppose my domain contains 12 nodes and 12 elements, then metis gives me partition which gives me 2 parts, each containing 6 elments a. but what is about nodes? and specifically what is about nodes at interface. i.e. how metis will decide about nodes on interface that , this node will go in partion 1 or 2. i.e. how node numbering is done in metis? Pls help me. Thanks mehul
