Default How to change boundary type at calculation time?

Hello. Question about FLUENT 6.2. How can I change boundary type (for example from interior to wall) at calculation time automatically? I need to close compressor valve when distance between some points comes less than specific value. I use remeshing so I can not utilize mesh to achieve this goal. Thanks.
