Associating profile files for the UDS though a UDF

I have a profile file that has four profiles. i read the profile file. Each of the profile file has x,y,f1. I need to asscoiate f1..f4 of each profile to each component of the diffusion tensor through a udf. I'm under the impression that C_UDSI_DIFF(c,t,i) may not work as "i" refers to the uds equation index. I have only one uds equation for the whole probelem and for this uds that conatains the diffusion tensor, i need to associate the profile files to each component of the diffusion tensor appearing in the uds through a udf. The question is: how can i pass the profile files to the tensor compoents through a udf and what is the uds macro?
