Default near wall model selection

Is it possible for a user to specify one near wall treatment for one location and a different one for another. I am using a RANS model and have one part of my domain with a very tight space where i would like to use standard wall function (as Y+ > 30 is bigger than the gap between walls) and in another area I would like to use Non-equlibrium wall function (to save cells).

Any ideas?
