Gambit not openin file........

hello frends i m in a big trouble as i m unable to open any file n the displayed message in the command prompt is Unable to open the dispaly.....as it cannot open connect stream....plz help me out plz.... thanks

Hi, Some time ago a had problems opening files with Gambit, what I did was to put the file in a directory without blank spaces in their names. For example Gambit didnīt open files in C:\Documents and Settings but did open files in, for example C:\cfdcases

Hi,
looks like you are using Gambit under Windows in Combination with Exeed. Perhaps Gambit can not connect to the x-server Exeed. As a workaround try to find the directory of Exeed in the Programfiles and find exeed.exe and start it before starting Gambit. But to make things right, try to install exeed that way that everybody can access it, and it should work. Regards, Alexander |
