defining new material properties in FLUENT

Default defining new material properties in FLUENT

Hello there, How do i define new material properties in FLUENT. i tried adding them in Materials box but its not working. the default are aluminum and air and i want to make ceramic, silicon etc.

hi nik, go to:define->material->data base ,then chose in liste box any new materials for solid or liquid click "copy" to confirm your selection

you can define material by going to: Materials->Create/edit->
now you can define your material properties in this stage or insert from fluent database by clicking on the Fluent Database icon and choose the proper one
