Hi all:
I have got an incompressible flow (M<0.2) model built for a sector blade passage with a clearance present between the blade and the outer casing. I got the complete test information (profile) right from inlet to the exit. For this case I tried giving inlet total pressure and exit static pressure profiles to calculate the mass flow and I found it is 20% less. I'have checked with the density, which is constant. Can someone suggest me to know what boundary conditions can I really fit and kind of turbulence model I can use to simulate one blade passage to match the test. Regards Thanks in advance Babu |
