divergence problem

Default divergence problem

hi cfdians

i am solving a problem like a vapour flow in closed cylinder.one end of the cylider heated up by applying heat flux (87800w/m2) other end is cooled to 300k.when i solve this ,temperature will go beyond the limits.what can i do for converging a good soln.any thing imparttant to consider when using the heat flux. thanks in advance
