Vof contour plotting

HI, I've got a small problem when post processing my results. I have a wave breaking and want to show different contour plots such as velocity, turb diss, vorticity etc where near the wave breaks. However, because I am using the vof model, whenever I do a contour plot, in Fluent u can only plot the mixture and not the individal phases. I don't really care about the air and am only concerned with the water. At the moment I plot say velocity and it shows the velocity in the region of the air-water interface for the two fluids and its difficult to actually distinguish where the interface actually lies.
Any help would be awesome. Thanks in advance Shane |

How about creating an iso-surface of water vf=0.5, and then contour plotting the variables on that iso-surface?
