Problems on Compiling UDF in FLUENT

Dear all :
I am facing a very inrritating problem while compiling the UDF file for a dynamic mesh of a 2D part. It cant find the file, where i can hook it.. Can anyone help ? |

The dynamic mesh UDF's can be hooked in the 'Dynamic Zones' panel. e.g.
Define > Dynamic > Mesh Zones If your problem is that the UDF does not appear in the drop down menu than you should make sure that it is loaded to the case you're currently working on. To load the UDF manually, make sure the library folder in which the UDF was compiled to is in the same directory as the case file. Then open the manage UDF's panel, Define > User-Defined > Functions > manage... Once you load it the UDF should appear in the drop down list in the Dynamic Zones panel. |
