Default Natural Ventilation Boundary conditions

Hi I am new to fluent, i am building a model of natural ventilation with a simple room, in my room there are two windows and an object as heat source, my question is

How should I set this problem up in fluent? i.e. the boundary condition for the windows, buyouancy and pressure.
