Default particle injection

hi, I have to simulate a particle stream injected through a nozzle into a bottle. i use the air-stream-atomizer and water liquid as material. my aim is to see the accretion inide the bottle wall. can i set the number of particles or the diameter at the air-stream-atomizer? can anybody give me some hints how to solve this problem? thx
