evaporation from a fluid surface

hi dears i wana model a system(small pool) with 2 fluid(air&water)in interaction.which air flows over water(we have an ehxaust fan).i think i should use multiphase model(mixing).but i dont know which part of it is useful.and also if i should activate cavitaion or not

I think u can use VOF method with mass transfer.
