Default Unwanted Wall Boundaries for 3D geometries

When I create a 3D geometry in Gambit and then display the grid Fluent, a wall boundary usually appears that I did not create in Gambit. It will often be named "wall" and it consists of interior faces. I cannot figure out how to delete these walls in Fluent or how to change them to a boundary type that does not impede flow.

Sounds like a mistake made in gambit. You should have a look if the two volumes where the wall appears are conected to each other. hope that helps.
