not launching Fluent without licenses in PBS?

I am calculating my paralel jobs on a cluster with a PBS batch system, but there are now more nodes as licenses available. When a case is started and there are no licenses available it starts anyway, and does not remain in the queue, and it is running but doing nothing, and when licenses are available after a while, they are not picked.
I was wondering if there is a way to insert some lines/script in the bash or journal file, to check if there are licenses available, and if not wait and check later on again or something, some kind of a loop. So that it doesn't launch Fluent if there are no licenses available. |
