Default how to read matlab script/results to UDF

Hi,

I am programming a UDF file for a velocity inlet boudary condition of a special wave. The wave has been generated by Matlab. I plan to read the velocity x and y from Matlab using DEFINE_PROFILE macro, but I don't know how to read the result.

Can you help me?
