please help ---mass flow inlet----fluent manual

Hi I am simulating compressible Nitrogen with ideal gas law. I use mass flow inlet, static pressure, total temperature and outlet pressure. I need to initialize the flow from mass flow inlet. When I initialize from inlet (solution initialization-compute from)then it does not initialize the simulation. It shows me access violation. But Fluent manual section 6.5.1 (defining static pressure) says "if you choose to initialize the flow based on the mass flow inlet conditions, the static pressure will be used in conjuction with the specified stagnation quantities to compute the initial values." So I wonder why it is not working. Can anybody suggest me? Thank. Mech
