Default water 2 phase, Change from hight to low temp

where i start for my work . 2 phase water from liquid to solid . Can i defind phase change .i defind Cp Conductivity Density for material are piecewise linear corect?. Anyone have tutorial please send to e-mail .because i must finish in this mounth .if not my advise kill me.
