How to set the water cut

Hi Fluent users:&lrm; I have two phase (oil-water) flow into a pipe , water flow in the button of the pipe &lrm;and oil in the top. I have a problem to enter the amount of water cut in the pipe &lrm;which it (25%) , anyone kindly tell me how can I did that?&lrm; Thanks Khalid &lrm;
