I am modelling a flow thru a cylindrical reactor. (the reactor consists of a horizontal circular cylinder, which contains again cylindrical inlet and outlet mounted on the circular face of the cylinder. The circular cylinder also consists of 3 baffle plates inside)I drew the geometry in solidworks and imported it into Gambit(bcos of the complex geometry of the baffle plates). As the geometry is very complex, i am a little bit confused from where to start meshing the geometry. Can anybody help me. If u want to see the geometry i can send it.
any sort of help is greatly appreciated, thank you |
