Parametrical tool?

Hi, I just have a little question. I'm investigating the impact of the tickness of a part in Fluent. I would like to know something: does it exist a tool (like a parametrical tool) wich allow you to just change a dimension of a part in Gambit and which changes the mesh in consequence. Otherwise I'm afraid I will have to make all the parts with the differents dimensions and make the mesh for each. I hope there's a tool like that in Fluent or Gambit. Thanks for your help. Renaud
