I am simulate with fluid fow in a channel with a heat source. I would like to set the Inlet and Outlet temperature with room temperautre. I choose the Pressure_Inlet and Pressure_Outlet, respectively.

After the convergence reached, the temperature at Outlet is higher than room temperature. What's wrong with my boundary?

You said you had a heat source in your model. If the inlet flow has room temperature and there is heat added to the flow then the temeperature will increase.
