Default Stratified two phase flow in fluent

Can anyone guide me how can I represent a stratified two phase (air-water) flow in a ‎pipe using the VOF model in fluent and what the better boundary conditions suitable ‎at the inlet and outlet to this case.‎ Many Thanks
