Default GAMBIT Modeling Problem

Hello

I am trying to model wingtip of a wing which is curved to smoothen the flow (from top view) and is having dihedral (from front view). I have got 2-D autocad softcopy drawing through which i have to model 3-D gambit wing.

As the variation of curve towards the tip is such that it is varying in x,y,z simultaneoulsy, i am finding it difficult to let mesh follow the curvature without any surface. I expect mesh to sag in to the surface.

Any suggestions are heartly welcomed.
