Is an uniform flow possible for this geometry?

I need to design a circular nozzle, which can produce uniform radial velocity and zero axial velocity at its exit. The geometry looks like the drawing below. It's axisymmetric problem, and the arrows point out the flow direction. The fluid (air) is leaving from the top and bottom.
I'm trying to find a good contour to supply the flow so I can reach my designing goal, but it turns out this is non-trivial. It's not like the classical wind tunnel design problem. The flow field are much more complicated because of the flow turning. Does anyone have any idea on this? Any suggestions are highly appreciated. BTW, I'm using Pre/E to guess the contour, 'cause it'll evetually be manufatured. Then I use Fluent to simulate the flow. The flow is incompressible, steady and laminar. ^ | ^ ____ | | | ____ -> | <- -> | <- -> | <- -> | <- -> | <- -> | <- ____ -> | <- ____ | | | V | V |

The drawing does not show up very well. It looks like the system automatically truncate space in front of each paragraph. Anyway, this is the drawing should look like.
