Boundary profile for multiple time steps

Does anyone know how to create a boundary profile that changes each time I move forward in time? I have some geometry that I'm interested in that is preceeded in the flow by a long flat plate. Instead of running the flat plate each time I change the geometry I'm interested in I would like to set a boundary profile at an edge/face that brings in information from a previous fluent run used to characterized the flat plate. In order to capture the BL growth I need to bring in more than one boundary profile and make sure it updates with each step in time. Any help is greatly appreciated.
