Hi,
I am having problems with Gambit, as it does not want to start. I installed exceed and Gambit (dowloaded from the Fluent user service centre), but I get this error message when I try to load Gambit: "Cannot open connect stream TRANS(SocketINETGetAddr): tnamebysocket()failed TRANS(SocketINETConnect): TRANS(SocketINETGetAddr) () failed TRANS(Open): transport failed for tcp/DLGFNTK0J:0 Unable to open display" Does anyone understand what that means? |

Hi, To make thing simple, I suggest you uninstall exeed and mabit. and then re-install them by the order: exceed and gambit. Maybe, it is ok.

Thank you Jun and Khanjagr for your help.
I didn't have all the administrator rights, so some features were not installed the first time. With the total administrator rights, I re-installed Exceed and now it works just fine! Marion. |
