Does anyone know why sometimes we get hardly any velocity vectors after the iterations? I used viscous/laminar flow, material/water, 0.01 m/s flow, 1000 iterations, and got just some blue dots by way of velocity vectors!can anyone tell me why?

Have you tried to increase the scale of drawing the arrows?

i did try that...and that helps a little, but it doesn't take away from the fact that there is something wrong...coz all the arrows tend to be the same color.. on other occasions, similar simulations gave me proper, mulitcolored, thousands of tiny arrows, that make the picture 'look right'. ..but sometimes..all i get is some scattered blue dots..which i have to scale to make it look somewhat normal!

try to skip no vectors, try other paremeters in the display menu window e.g. auto range, etc. Cheers and good luck
