Default Hydrophobic and Hydrophilic Surfaces

Hello Everybody

I just want to know if it's possible to define an Hydrophobic or Hydrophilic surface in Fluent.If not, can anyone tell me in what CFD program can I do such a thing?Can anyone help me?!

I think you do this by specifying the contact angle.
