Default what are these errors mean?

what are these errors mean?what should i do next? Error: FLUENT received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION) 1. Note exact events leading to error. 2. Save case/data under new name. 3. Exit program and restart to continue. 4. Report error to your distributor.

at stage does it occur? is it during post-pro or solver start, pre or what? if none of the above then just exit and restart.

Do not stop because if ur iteration is done then it waste so save as a diffrent name and iterate once again and delete previous file. and if not want to store itration then u follow above given instruction by satish abd freeman MANOJKUMAR

Thanks for your response. My problem is from a thesis, about podded propulsor used in some ships.the domain is a rectangular channel with -8<x<8,-8<y<1.54,-8<Z<8.The author assumed the top side as WALL(in reality,it is the hull),the two side face and the bottome face and the face through which the flow comes in is specified as inflow boundaried,the face through which the flow exits is specified as outflow boundaried. is these boundaried correct? you can think the podded propulsor is submergible. when I iterate about ten steps ,the above problems occured.I am a newer to FLUENT, so I just follow the authors suggestion. what probably reason about these problems? the mesh or the boundaries conditions or others?
