Default Modeling a 3D blower

I have two models, first is a 2D model of the blower inlet and the second is the blower itself in 3D. It is like using a mixing plane but to save computing time.

I have modeled the blower inlet and output the profile into a file. Is it possible to use the outlet results of the 2D blower inlet and apply it to the 3D blower inlet condition and how?

Any help is appreciated.
