I define a species transport equation and when I slove it ,I can see the mole fraction as well as mass fraction when postprocessing, but how shall I get the mole fraction ? Do I have to calculate it from the mass fraction which could retrive directly by C_YI(c,t,i) or F_YI(c,t,i)?

There is no macro for the mole fraction. You will have to calculate it from the mass fraction.
