meshing a geometry

Hi,
I have a small doubt. If we are meshing a 2D geometry, then, can we mesh one face using quadra mesh and other with triangular mesh? I hope u understood my question. If any clarifications are required I will do it. Thanks in advance |

if you mean, you have 2 faces connected each other, than yes you can mesh one with quad and the othe with tri
