Sorry for my late response. 1-make a circular Omesh (if the cross section is a circle) 2-make a vertex in the center of the circle 3. make a line using the rotate vertex option using this point, you can put the angle (360 for one turn ---720 for two turns etc.) and put the pitch too. 4. make the volume of the helical geometry by the sweep face command and select the circular face and the line mad in step 3. 5.now you can mesh the volume or in step 1 mesh the circular face as you like, also, mesh the line made in step 3. Using sweep face with mesh that will mesh the volume too. Hope that help you. My best regards. Wael
