Default Inlet : Turbulence Specification Method

Hi,

I have a problem by setting my inlet's Turbulence specifications.

I want to simulate the flow around a Cylinder which is moving in a water tank at a velocity of Vcyl . It is assumed that the water in front of the cylinder has velocity=0(motionless).

Question : how to set the inlet's Turbulence specifications ?: I use Inlet velocity boundary (Is it the best in this case?)with : 1- velocity Boundary = Vcyl. 2-Turbulence specifications = keps 3-Turb Kinetic Energy = Which value to used ? 4-Turb Dissipation RAte = Which value to used ?

Thanks for your help PK
