is it possible to add a vertex in a face mesh?

Hi!
How is it possible to add a vertex t oa mesh element in a face that has been meshed? In other words, how to split a trielement? I will use it, for locally refining mesh, where sizing function is not doing so well. suggestions? Ralf |
