Is-it the same thing when you plot the dpm concentration in the contour menu?

Hi Urg,
Thanks for replying me. In the contour plot, pathline and xy plot i face the same problem. its show zero concentration. i am able to get the pressure, velocity and etc, just except the concentration of the DPM. Furthermore, i can show the simulation flow in the pathline when i switch on the pulse. The concentration result is very important for my research. Thanks and regards, alex |

Hi Alex
Have you coupled the DPM with the continuous phase calculation? If not, then this may be your problem, try switching this option on and re-run your calculation. Regards Mark |

If you have nothing in concentration, it means that you have a problem with the set-up of dpm calculation.
But I haven't enough information to help you |

Hi Mark,
Thanks for replying to me. Where can I switch on the continuous phase calculation? at the pathline? Thanks and regards, alex pnrps@hotmail.com |

Hi HVN,
Thanks for help. I try look into this problem again. But i am actually following a journal with its step. I dun tink the step is wrong, maybe is my concept in keying data. Btw, do you have any reference regarding DPM or something related? i have read through the FLUENT Manual already. It still dun help me. Thanks and regards alex pnrps@hotmail.com |
