Dilute fluidized bed dryer using DPM

Dear friends; i wanna use DPM to simulated a fluidized bed dryer. Geometry: a vertical cylinder with 2 input and 2 out put. fluidizing gas enters from botom of the cylinder and exits from top of the cylinder. wet-solid enters from top side of cylinder and exits from botom side of cylinder. which particle BC's must i use?reflect?escape?wall jet?trap?...? regards masood

To dry Poly Vinyl Chlorid(PVC) as a wet cake. This product is 20 -30% moisture of water we need to dry it to 0.2-0.1%. we need to dry 600kg within 1-2hr.it will be better to have mixture inside the dryer to mix the product in the early stage of drying otherwise the product will be compacted at the bottom of the dryer
