Dear user,
i am solving steady high speed compressible flow. 1] Why does fluent show turbulent viscosity ratio is limited to 10e5.? 2] Does it affect the result or convergence..? 3] How to set the turbulent viscosity ratio limit for a problem? Thanx n Advance. M K P |

Your computation will give wrong answer. Try the followings (There might be other ways to avoid this weird numbers).
1. Use different initial conditions when you start initialization. 2. Reduce relaxation factors (for ex. 0.01. Is this extremely small? Anyway please try.) 3. If it does not work, try unsteady simulation at first. And then turn on steady simulation. 4. Mesh adaptation. 5. Remesh. This is the best way! |
