Dear CFD users,
Does any one know how we setup a problem in Fluent for simulating a fluttering aerfoil in 2D or a vibrating aerofoil. Something like the plain is going on a run way and the aerofoil is vibrating slightly to see how it effects the pressure coefficient on the aerofoil. My initial guess is that the problem would be transient however how do I define the aerofoil is vibrating? Thanks a lot in advance. Alan. |

Hi! I send you to my thesis work with Fluent on a fluttering wing presented at IFASD. You can download it at http://www.aero.polimi.it/~quaranta/publi.html
